Jetaxia's booking flow is built for operators who need to schedule service quickly without juggling vendor phone trees. Here's the full walkthrough from start to confirmation.

Step-by-step

  1. Enter your tail number. Start at the booking page and enter your aircraft's tail number. Jetaxia pulls aircraft type, owner info, and live flight data automatically when available.
  2. Select airport and FBO. Enter the airport code where the service should happen, then pick your FBO from the matched list. Jetaxia checks vendor availability at that location.
  3. Choose arrival and departure times. Enter arrival/departure dates and times. Jetaxia uses the window to schedule the vendor and ensure the service completes before wheels up.
  4. Select services. Pick the services you need — cabin refresh, full exterior, brightwork, and more. Each service card shows what's included and transparent pricing for your aircraft type.
  5. Review and submit. Confirm the details, optionally flag the booking as urgent, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email and can track the service status in your dashboard.

What happens after you submit

  • Jetaxia reviews the request and matches you with a vetted vendor at your FBO.
  • You receive a booking confirmation with vendor assignment when matched.
  • You can message the Jetaxia team or add attachments directly from the booking detail page.
  • When the vendor starts and ends the job, you receive real-time status updates — including completion photos.

FAQ

What do I need to book a detail?

Your aircraft tail number, the airport code, your FBO, and your arrival/departure window. That's it. Jetaxia fills in the rest from FAA and FlightAware data.

How fast can I get a vendor assigned?

At airports with active vendors, most assignments are made within a few hours. Less common locations take longer while Jetaxia locates a qualified vendor.

Can I add services after booking?

Yes — use the change request option on the booking detail page, or message the Jetaxia team. Changes require vendor acknowledgement before they take effect.

How do I know when service is complete?

You'll get a completion notification when the vendor ends the job, including photo documentation and any condition notes the vendor flagged.
