Your request goes to Jetaxia, not directly to random providers. Our team reviews the details and matches your job with a vetted, certified vendor at or near your airport. We confirm availability and handle the scheduling so you do not have to make phone calls or send emails.

Receive a Confirmation

How quickly can a vendor be assigned to my request?

It depends on the location and timing. For airports where we have active vendors, assignments are typically made within a few hours. For less common locations, it may take longer as we work to find a qualified provider.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can manage your booking through the Jetaxia platform. Cancellations and reschedules are handled through the system, and we coordinate the change with the assigned vendor on your behalf.

Do I communicate directly with the vendor?

Jetaxia manages the coordination. You submit your request through the platform, and we handle vendor communication, scheduling, and confirmations. If there are specific instructions for the vendor, you can include those in your request.

What airports do you cover?

We are building a nationwide vendor network and currently have coverage at a growing number of airports across the United States. If your airport is not yet covered, submit a request and Jetaxia will work to find a qualified vendor in your area.

Are the vendors insured?

Yes. All vendors in the Jetaxia network are required to carry proper aviation-specific insurance that meets our minimum coverage requirements. They must also follow aviation safety guidelines, airport rules, and FBO procedures.
